One of the biggest events that occurred that Nixons administration catches the most flack for is the secret bombard of Cambodia (mentioned in Document I by Marquis Childs in his speech) which was a neutral and defenseless country in Southeast Asia. Nixon explained that the ending to label it secret was made only two months after he became president. Nixon went on to say that the decision was made in a meeting attended by Secretary of Defense, Melvin Laird; depicted object Security Advisor, Henry Kissinger; Secretary of State, William Rogers; and head of the CIA.
