Topics for argumentative papers
should be topics that are two sides. The main aim of an argumentative
paper is to show those two sides of the topic. There are topics that
will present an outright argument for example the topic “men should
be involved in contraceptives”. This topic has raged on for decades
and there will never be a definite answer solution to that.
This is
because men and women feel differently about the topic and they all
have their reasons for the opinions they have. When writing such a
paper one has, write the facts and opinions from both sides. Women
mostly want men to be involved in family planning and not leave the
burden up to the women all the time. Women are tired of always being
the ones to plan for the family yet they do not get pregnant alone
but with their men.
A good writer must put all this feelings and
emotions of this side in the paper. The women also want the men to
take a pill if there is one or get a vasectomy. Nevertheless, men do
not want to hear any of that. Men say that if they get a vasectomy
then they will have low libido and even if it is a proven fact that
vasectomy does not change the libido it is the fear that men have to
change that they will not do it.
Men say that the side effects could
be permanent or worse. This is the perfect example of an
argumentative topic, it is the duty of the writer to put all this
situations in the paper, and the essay would be a very powerful one.
