James Biela, a serial rapist and killer, was sentenced to the terminal penalty (capital punishment) for first degree murder on June 2, 2010. many may know him as the kidnapper and rapist of both college students in October of 2007, but is more famously known as the murderer of Reno native, Brianna Denison. Biela was violent and showed no mercy while viciously killing Denison, in ways too harsh to tack together in words. And for this, will never be forgiven, in that locationfore deserves the dying penalty. Although Denisons killer has already been sentenced to death many do not agree with this decision, but not only in the Biela case. Several believe it is immoral however, it is simply the opposite.

Truth is, yes it would. What anti-capital punishment supporters do not understand is that after a loved one has deceased, in that respect is no closure for the family. It is only just that a person who committed a vulgar crime, such as a murder, is sentenced to death because they robbed their victim of their future wife or husband, daughters and/or sons, friends, memories, opportunities- their life. And there is no justifiable reason to take this from a person. While this is one good reason, capital punishment also saves lives.
