Executive Summary
The intention of this report was to dress the different definitions of Sustainability in the area of business. Analyse the implications of incorporating Bansal ‘s (2001) Sustainability principles and approximate the repercussions of these efforts in achieving sustainability. Research for this report included 3 articles and 1 real life case.
Introduction Sustainable learning incorporates 3 general principles. There are other principles as shown in article _An urgent need to change in direction_ (2005), only this report’s sustainability principles will focus on Pratima Bansal’s _Building competitive advantage and managing risk through Sustainable outgrowth (2001)._ These include Environmental virtue, Social Equity and Economic developing. jobes meet the need to facilitate these general principles in site to impede certain misconceptions. Bansal (2001) has suggested that without environmental integrity, natural resources will be modest if the environment is comprimised. This puts risk on food supply which generates greater risk of disease.



Without Social Equity it is quite possible that mess will abuse land and water resources in order to resume a quality way of life. And without Economic Development there will be an ever-going continuous cycle of poverty.
Business organisations have never had much trouble incorporating economic development as business profit and market share affirm on this principle for success.
